Returns / Buy Back:

We will buy back any of our product at any given time at the MRP price. This is subject to the packet been returned back in the original condition as purchased by you. Once we receive the package , it will be inspected by the office management , post approval the refund will be processed accordingly. We will not ask for purchase bill for buy back. We will not refund any postage & packing charges if paid by you.

Refunds:

We will refund the money the way the payment was made. If the payment was by Credit Card or Net-Banking, we will refund the Credit Card or Net-Banking account. If the payment mode was Cheque or DD, we will send you a cheque (not a DD). Cheques will be sent only to the billing address of the customer. The refund process will be initiated once we have received the product(s). Typically refunds are processed in less than 10 working days but in case of payments by Cheque , it may take a few extra days for the cheque to be delivered to your billing address, and for the funds to be credited to your account, once you deposit the cheque. Please note that we shall not be responsible for any delays in credit to the Cardholder’s credit card account as that is managed by the Cardholder’s issuing bank.

In case of any failed payment transaction through Direct Pay (credit card charges, Debit card charges, Net banking charges) the same would be refunded back to the buyer within a period of 5-6 working days.

Guarantee:

We sell only 100% genuine products. All products have been manufactured by their respective condition. We do not manufacture any of our products.

Cancellation Policy

We make every effort to fulfill all the orders placed.    However, please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to process and must cancel. The reasons include limitations on quantities available for purchase, pricing and stock information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.

Cancellation by the Customer

Please contact our Customer Care in case you wish to cancel the Order. On receipt of the cancellation notice we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount if the order has not been processed by us. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed or shipped out by us. In some cases this can happen in an hour after you place the order.
